Meet your new motivators
Anne is an award-winning international fitness professional and educator passionate about specialized populations, older adults, and therapeutic exercise. Cubii has been so inspiring for Anne and her clients thus far, and she can't wait to help us grow Cubii Studio+. But more than anything, Anne's experience ensures you will have a safe and successful workout journey in any of our Studio+ classes.
Chase is a trainer who wants to help others look, feel, and perform better. His Cubii classes focus on functional strength, conditioning, and mobility development. Expect to be motivated, to be challenged physically, and to leave each class sweaty. Chase joined Cubii to inspire people to get stronger so they avoid injury.
Lindsey is a certified Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer. You can expect a mindful, lighthearted approach to all of her classes. Whether it's a meditation, yoga, or HIIT class - she is sure to have you smiling, feeling encouraged, and leaving with a new sense of calm.
Andrea believes "the best form of exercise is the one you like doing!". She has been teaching people to live a healthier life through movement for more than three decades. Andrea has specialty certifications in aging, performance enhancement, and corrective exercise. She loves Cubii because it makes it easy to work out at home and almost anyone can do it.
Sandi's mantra for fitness and life is "What you do in this decade prepares you for the next!". She is a passionate, high-energy force in the fields of fitness, health, and personal growth. Her outgoing personality shines through in her Studio+ classes where her fun spirit guides the way, leaving you wanting more each time! Her purpose is to make a difference in the lives of others, to live with passion, and to have a ball doing it all.
Lisa has over 30 years of experience teaching fitness and is proud to be creating safe, diverse, and effective classes at Cubii Studio+. She offers many modifications in her classes and encourages everyone to work at their own level. Striving to help her participants live a healthy and happy life, Lisa hopes everyone will feel joy in their body's movements and have fun in her classes.
