Getting Started

We recommend using Smart Cards in order, starting with the Cubii Elliptical Setup card. Once you have your elliptical placed in a comfortable position, you can begin the warm-up exercises. Further down you will find ways to elevate your Cubii Elliptical Workout using intervals.

Know Your Limits

We recommend always starting on the lightest resistance level, then increasing the resistance as you get stronger. When it comes to speed, go at a pace that works for you and always feel free to reduce speed if you need or want to! Remember, you should never feel pain, if you feel pain stop immediately.

WARNING Consult your physician befores starting this or any exercise program. This is especially important if you have never exercised before, are pregnant, or suffer from any health problems. If at any time during exercise you feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician
